Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time or looking to deepen and refine your existing practice, Oskâs classes are thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are. Beginners are guided with clear instruction and strong foundations, while more experienced yogis are encouraged to explore advanced postures, transitions, and breathwork techniques.
Each class blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation, helping students build not only physical resilience but also mental clarity and balance. Osk believes yoga is for everybody and strives to make every session accessible, energising, and empowering.
