The aim of RunningSpace it to help you RUN BETTER, MOVE BETTER, PERFORM with less chance of you getting injured.

Our Goal is simple to help you run and move better, we will do this by making you a more efficient and stronger runner.
One thing to remember is no one teaches us how to run!

We believe that no matter who you are or what your goals, you deserve the help and support in reaching that goal. That’s why we offer our unique services to young and old, beginners and elites. No matter who you are, it’s never too late to improve.

Once we have improved your technique, you will run faster. No matter how young or old, or the level of your running experience, learning the correct technique will result in increased efficiency, lowered risk of injury and increased speed, making running even more enjoyable.

Improve your running in six weeks! Become a stronger, faster and more efficient runner.

Our 6-session package begins with a Biomechanical Analysis in which we use video analysis of you running on a treadmill and then identify areas of weakness or may be linked to injury which can be improved within your running to limit the chance of injuries thus improve your performance by making you a stronger and more efficient.

We will also carry out a Functional Movement Analysis to look at any patterns that could be preventing you from getting the most out of your running plus discuss your goals. This movement analysis will guide how we structure the strength exercises we give you, allowing you to get the most out of your training.

After the initial assessment, the next five training sessions focus on improving the areas we have identified in the analysis with coaching. These sessions will be reinforced by strength, activation and mobility exercises, and you will be given exercises and sessions to practice these skills in between the sessions.

After the six weeks, we will review your running technique and identify the improvements. We can provide you with a before & after video of your running form, outlining the improvements in your technique which you can use going forwards.

Half Day Fast Track Coaching:

The Half Day Fast Track Coaching is for those who want an accelerated version of the 6 weeks coaching program. It includes the following:

A Biomechanical Run Analysis – to identify areas of your run technique that we can improve to make you a more efficient runner.

A Functional Movement Analysis – to identify areas of weakness and imbalance that could be impacting upon your performance.
Coaching to work on ALL aspects of your run technique.

Key exercises to help improve any areas of weakness or imbalance that were spotted during the Functional Movement Analysis.

FULL COST – £180 (£300 for 2 people)

9am -1pm (4 hours)
1pm – 5pm (4 hours)

Full Day Immersive Coaching:

Full day of immersive coaching will run from 9-5pm (including break for lunch). This is the PREMIUM package for those who want an accelerated learning experience. This will include the following:

Biomechanical Run Analysis – to identify areas of your run technique that we can improve to make you a more efficient runner. We will analyse you on the treadmill and outside to compare.

Functional Movement Analysis – to identify areas of weakness and imbalance that could be impacting upon your performance.
Coaching to work on ALL aspects of your run technique.

Key exercises to help improve any areas of weakness or imbalance that were spotted during the Functional Movement Analysis.
An overview and breakdown of your Training Plan to identify areas of your training that could be improved to enhance your performance.

A follow up Biomechanical Run Analysis & Functional Movement Analysis 3 months later to check on improvements. This can be done at PhysioSpace or as an Online Analysis.
