“Went in for a half day fast track run coaching session with Ben and it was absolutely brilliant.
I have been running for 1-2 years and am getting more serious with longer endurance events and wanted a bit of an MOT and review of my form / areas to improve on. Ben went through a whole variety of different tests to find the answers as well as spending some time coaching me on the treadmill with some new techniques. Being able to watch these back and compare to beforehand was really useful and I found it fascinating too.
I left with a host of exercises to do / strength and conditioning as well as a 6 session programme to implement my new run form techniques to make it a more natural adjustment to my current form.
I will certainly be booking back in a couple of months for a checkup and review of progress.
