What is Reformer Pilates?
The Reformer is a genius piece of equipment used to apply resistance and reduced balance which builds next level control, form, alignment and strength. It is totally diverse and is therefore suitable for complete beginners who have never done pilates before, or those who are well practiced. It can be used for rehabilitation post injury or surgery, for long term or chronic conditions such a back, neck, knee or shoulder pain. It can heighten performance for athletes, or simply provide a base line of core strength and stability needed for everyday life. The benefits on posture, core strength, mobility, balance and flexibility will be seen after only a few sessions.
