Chiropractor, Pilates Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist

With 4 years of experience as a certified mat Pilates instructor teaching group classes, Hannah enjoys helping people feel strong, balanced, and confident in their bodies. She also uses 1-to-1 Pilates sessions to individualise practice, supporting injury rehabilitation and providing appropriate challenges to aid strength and mobility. Hannah is also recently Reformer Pilates trained and offers 1-2-1 Reformer sessions and classes throughout the week.

Hannah holds a First Class Masters of Chiropractic degree with Honours from the University of South Wales. During her studies, she treated and managed a wide range of patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and neck and back pain.

Hannah enjoys combining her clinical knowledge with her Pilates background to deliver movement-based approaches that encourage injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term wellbeing.

An enthusiastic runner, Hannah has completed ultramarathon events herself as a runner and as a therapist and understands first-hand the demands of endurance sport. She has also been part of the therapist team at an ultramarathon in the Peak District, providing soft tissue treatment and kinesiology taping to runners during and after the race.

With a love of staying active and personal experience of managing her own sporting injuries, Hannah has a particular interest in sporting and overuse injuries. She draws on her Strength and Conditioning background to support rehabilitation and help individuals safely return to sport.
