Specialist Sports Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor
Erin is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a varied background working within different NHS departments as well as a history of private clinic based work. Along side this Erin works within the professional sport sector, starting her third season with Bristol Bears Women’s Premiership Rugby Team.
These varied experiences has allowed Erin to develop expert assessment and treatment skills of acute, chronic, sport and non sport related injuries and pathologies. From her time in a professional sport environment Erin has developed a keen interest for performance based treatment and injury prevention programmes.
From her keen interest in health promotion and injury prevention Erin has become a Pilates instructor. Erin is passionate about people feeling empowered and strong within their bodies and feels Pilates can help men and women achieve this.
Clinical interests – lower limb injuries, acute or chronic. Sports related injuries including post operative rehabilitation, especially rugby related. Performance based and injury prevention programmes and treatment.
Sporting interests – Rugby, netball, CrossFit, running, surfing and Pilates
