The studio in Cardiff is available for hire for Pilates/Yoga classes/workshops, corporate & wellbeing events, photoshoots, one-to-one personal training and fitness sessions. The modern, bright, inviting studio can hold between 15-20 people for workshops & meetings and a maximum of 12 for mat based classes.
The studio, with one mirrored wall creates an uplifting and relaxing space for your clients or colleagues to enjoy. For those needing equipment we provide Yoga mats, blocks and accessories for Pilates teaching. There are two WC’s on site. The beautiful studio is equipped with a bluetooth Bose music system, allowing you to play your own playlist from the internet or spotify.
Our treatment rooms are also available for private hire. These treatment rooms are suitable for any clinician.
