Our Cardiff studio is available for hire, for a variety of events. This includes, but is not limited to, Pilates and Yoga classes, workshops, corporate and wellbeing events, photoshoots, and one-on-one personal training sessions. The studio accommodates 15-20 people for workshops and meetings, and a maximum of 12 for mat-based classes.
Featuring a mirrored wall, the studio offers a bright, uplifting and relaxing environment for your clients or colleagues. We provide Yoga mats, blocks, and Pilates accessories for those in need of equipment. There are two WCs on-site for convenience.
The studio is equipped with a high-quality Bluetooth Bose sound system. We also have a Reformer Pilates machine available to use, for a small extra fee.
In addition, our private treatment rooms are available for hire, which are suitable for any clinician needing a professional, serene space for their work.
