Mark and the team helped me with a Pelvic Floor problem I had been suffering from for around 7 years. After years of doctors telling me that my physical ailment was psychosomatic it was a relief to have a physio like Mark who from day one could empathise and understand my struggles. He immediately put me at ease and was the first person I felt really listened to my symptoms. We had a gradual action plan set out from the beginning and he was able to explain where my issues were arising from and give me targeted exercises that would be the most beneficial for my issue. He also helped by demonstrating the improvements over each of our sessions which allowed me to believe my problems were improving. While not completely free of pain I am 90% of the way there and now have the knowledge and exercises to resolve flare ups whenever they arise. I would not hesitate to call the treatment I got from Mark and PhysioSpace life changing and would strongly recommend them to anyone, especially those who have felt disheartened after going through multiple doctors.
