Steph’s expert knowledge of the assessment and treatment of sports related injures allows her to confidently and efficiently diagnose and return you back to what you enjoy doing safely and quickly.
Steph is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a broad range of experience within musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy. A Cardiff University graduate, Steph works as a senior orthopaedic and outpatient physiotherapist within the NHS alongside her clinics at PhysioSpace. With experience of treating a vast array of musculoskeletal conditions, both acute and chronic – Steph also has an interest in “Pre-habilitation” & injury prevention and has experience working with the Wales Women 7’s team, specifically looking at screening and injury prevention. She has also has experience with geriatric physiotherapy routinely managing degenerative issues, strength & balance deficits and promoting falls prevention.
