It is run by our Pilates instructors who are all Physiotherapists and therefore have a wealth of knowledge and experience in rehabilitation, pathology, and injury prevention.

Having a 1:1 session means that you have the undivided attention of our experienced clinicians, allowing them to focus and correct your form and control throughout the session, therefore accelerating practice and helping you reach your goals.
