Having a fully guided session which is tailored to your flexibility, core control and exercise tolerance is the perfect way to start your Pilates journey. This Physiotherapy lead practice takes a holistic approach, considering your life style and activity levels to help you achieve your goals, whether that is improving your posture at work or training for a triathlon!
Are you an experienced Pilates practitioner?
Have you been attending classes and feel like you want to refine your technique, work on a specific area or aim to rehab, or reach particular goals? Having the undivided attention of an experienced physiotherapist and Pilates instructor will help zone in on form that need improvement and relate it to your needs.
