Calm before Christmas | Yoga Workshop

Dedicate a few hours of calm to yourself and join us for a session designed to help you restore and recharge ahead of the festive season. Together we will slow down, breathe deeply and move mindfully in a cosy candle lit studio. Leave all the Christmas rush to one side and take some time to simply pause, focus on yourself and charge your inner batteries.

Pregnancy Yoga Workshop | The Yoga & Hypnobirthing Midwife

A two hour yoga workshop taught by midwife and yoga teacher Nicola MacIgoine. This workshop will include pregnancy yoga exercises to increase comfort in pregnancy, breathing techniques for pregnancy and labour, pelvic floor exercises and handouts for home practice. Hosted by Cardiff based Orthopaedic Surgeon and PhysioSpace Clinical Director – This workshop focuses on giving you the tools to plan and implement an evidence-based rehabilitation program phasing in towards RTP of the athlete. Furthermore, you will learn how to contribute in the shared decision-making process for the return to play of an injured athlete. All these aspects allow for an optimal return to play with taking into account secondary ACL prevention.
