This special New Year focused workshop will help you start your year with intention and leave you feeling re-balanced and re-charged, ready to take on what 2021 brings.
Take the time to pause, reflect and reset before diving into a new year. You will be guided through an energising flow, balancing pranayama and a nourishing restorative practice. We will also take some time to reflect, journal and set intentions for the New Year.

Pregnancy Yoga Workshop | The Yoga & Hypnobirthing Midwife
A two hour yoga workshop taught by midwife and yoga teacher Nicola MacIgoine. This workshop will include pregnancy yoga exercises to increase comfort in pregnancy, breathing techniques for pregnancy and labour, pelvic floor exercises and handouts for home practice. As well as tea & coffee and time to meet other mums to be. Pregnancy and postnatal yoga workshops will be held monthly at PhysioSpace, Cardiff.

Hosted by Cardiff based Orthopaedic Surgeon and PhysioSpace Clinical Director – This workshop focuses on giving you the tools to plan and implement an evidence-based rehabilitation program phasing in towards RTP of the athlete. Furthermore, you will learn how to contribute in the shared decision-making process for the return to play of an injured athlete. All these aspects allow for an optimal return to play with taking into account secondary ACL prevention.
