Clinician-led Gym Classes

We are delighted to introduce our Clinician-led Workout Classes, now run from our brand-new, fully equipped gym facility at 38 Cathedral Road, Pontcanna, CF11 9LL.

All classes are led by a highly qualified clinician, whether a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, or Sports Rehabilitator – ensuring expert guidance throughout. With a small class size of just 6, we create a supportive environment where individual attention is prioritised. This allows for tailored coaching and a strong focus on technique, movement quality, and helping every member feel confident throughout each session.

Designed with progression and performance in mind, our sessions are delivered across three distinct levels, ensuring a refined training experience tailored to every stage of your fitness journey.

Our Workout Classes

‘Strength’ Class 

Strength is designed for those with previous gym experience who want to develop strength, power, and overall performance through progressive resistance training.

A small class size allows for precise coaching and a strong emphasis on lifting technique and movement quality.

Expect a full-body strength session combining compound and accessory lifts to help you move better, lift stronger, and train with confidence.

‘Cardio’ Class

Cardio is a higher-intensity class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, work capacity, and muscular endurance.

A small class size allows your clinician to create a supportive environment where individual attention is prioritised, allowing you to push your limits while maintaining proper technique throughout.

Expect a full-body conditioning workout combining erg-based intervals, functional movements, and strength endurance training.

‘Balance’ Class

Balance is designed for those who may be new to the gym, returning from injury, or looking to move with greater control and confidence. If your goal is to improve movement quality, build confidence in the gym, and develop proper lifting technique, this class is for you.

With a small class size, your clinician will create a supportive environment where individual attention is prioritised. This allows for hands-on coaching, movement corrections, and a strong focus on form and alignment.

Expect a controlled, progressive session designed to improve movement quality, rebuild strength, and develop confidence in the gym.
