We are delighted to introduce our Clinician-led Workout Classes, now run from our brand-new, fully equipped gym facility on Cathedral Road, Pontcanna (CF11 9LL).

Designed with progression and performance in mind, our sessions are delivered across three distinct levels, ensuring a refined training experience tailored to every stage of your fitness journey.

Strength for Runners

Our Strength for Runners class, led by running coach Ben, is designed to bridge the gap between logging miles and building a resilient, high-performing body. Focusing on power, core stability, and correcting muscular imbalances, these sessions help improve running economy and reduce the risk of common overuse injuries.

Whether you’re training for your first 5K or chasing a marathon PB, this class builds the functional strength needed to maintain form under fatigue – so you can run faster and longer with confidence.

Research supports this approach, with studies showing that incorporating strength and plyometric training can significantly improve endurance and performance, while targeted hip and core work plays a key role in injury prevention and maintaining efficiency late in races.
