1:1 Reformer Pilates

Strengthen – Rehab – Master movement

1:1 Reformer Pilates

Based in both our Penylan and Pontcanna studios, our reformer 1:1’s are lead by Physiotherapists with the aim of continually assessing and treating throughout training sessions. We train the body holistically not only focussing on a specific injury or area of your body, but looking at how the whole body moves to help you reach your goals.

We ensure to give you a full body workout, based around core strength and joint stability. You will leave feeling energised and stronger, with the aim to become more in control of your body.

Initial assessment (55 min) | £65

Follow up (40 min) | £45

Block of 6 (50 min) | £270

What is Reformer Pilates?

The Reformer is a genius piece of equipment used to apply resistance and reduced balance which builds next level control, form, alignment and strength. It is totally diverse and is therefore suitable for complete beginners who have never done pilates before, or those who are well practiced. It can be used for rehabilitation post injury or surgery, for long term or chronic conditions such a back, neck, knee or shoulder pain. It can heighten performance for athletes, or simply provide a base line of core strength and stability needed for every day life. The benefits on posture, core strength, mobility, balance and flexibility will be seen after only a few sessions.
